Converting Juno Web mail to Thunderbird

Hi, I have followed the instructions for incoming and outgoing servers to convert my Juno Webmail to AN MBOX FORMAT and bring it over to Thunderbird. However, it is not syncing up to Thunderbird and bringing in all of my old emails from Juno.

Any help you can offer with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Carla

Hi,

Please see attached. These are the steps that I had taken in Thunderbird set up.

How did you convert to mbox? Also, did you install the importexport addon?

Maybe that’s what I need are the instructions to convert that Juno Web mail to MBOX

Yes, I did install the import export add-on

The software is juno5bdb and is available at https://help.juno.com/support/50/backup-wiz.html?brand=JN That can convert to mbox. Then, highlight Local Folders, rightclick and select the importexport option to import mbox and then select one of the conferted files. repeat for each juno folder. let us know if you have problems

Great! Thank you am I able to select all of the sub folders from the inbox simultaneously or do I have to do each sub folder separately?

I always did them separately, but the other approach may also work.

Hi,

Having trouble backing up my juno email, even with the Juno backup wizard. Any ideas?
