Well, thunderbird has no built-in blocking feature, so you may have done it at your email provider's website. That is a common feature. Although I don't know Yahoo, my guess - and it's just a guess - is that is where the block is. Not here. If you strongly believe it is in thunderbird, then check tools>message filters to see if you have a filter to delete a selected email address.
