Chosen solution

That error message suggests a bad e-mail address. Any chance that the address should be susanmcamp@comcast.net?

the problem is not with the sender. I get a kick back on many messages. The problem is with the Firefox account with error in SPF and DKIM. Help me correct them, please.

The message that you shared does not provide evidence of that kind of problem. Would you please post screenshots of error messages that mention SPF and DKIM issues?

What do you mean by a "Firefox account"? Do you mean your popbox account? Firefox is not relevant here, and there is no Thunderbird account.

SPF and DKIM authenticate the sender, so problems with them do indeed indicate a problem with the sender. Would you please post a screenshot of your SMTP settings? You can find them in Account settings > click on account name > "edit outgoing server..."
