Why can't I suddenly send e-mails?

Suddenly, when I go to send e-mails (to me, or anyone else) I get a pop up signal that says I can't send it because it might be questionable, etc. What do I do send my e-mails since none of them are "scam" or "questionable".?

I suggest you first post a screenshot of the error message so someone here can possibly assess its origin. thank you.

I appreciate your response. That notice, which kept appearing every time I tried to send an e-mail, would not allow a screen shot of it...every time I tried, it would disappear before I could surround it ! I am not exactly sure of what I did, but I did look for all the answers on why this was happening..made adjustments...and I can send e-mails now !
