What site were you trying to open? Just because it was trying to be opened doesn't mean it's a server used by Mozilla, but most likely something associated with a 3rd party site. The domain appears to be owned by Cloudflare. see screenshot https://sitereport.netcraft.com/?url=http://rini.drorinat.com

So there is no browser issue.

I tried to open a website when the internet was turned off and got this notice "could not open the server "rini.drorinat.com", who is this and is it a server used by Firefox? I contacted my internet provider and they new nothing about "rini" so they changed my IP address.
