
DRAFT saving
Hi
One of our collaborator si using Thunderbird for mailing, and the automatical saving of the draft messages doesn't work. How can we fix this ?

Assuming they are using an imap account: Check Account Settings and use the following:
- Account Settings > Copies & Folders
- Drafts and Templates
- Select 'Other' and select the correct Drafts folder on mail account name
Another possibility: If user has an Anti-Virus which scans any file opened or scans outgoing mail then the AV may be taking control temporarilly so causing a file access issue.
Advice: Access Anti-Virus and set up an exception to scanning: the Thunderbird profile folder (thus any file it contains)
Also check to see if outgoing mail is auto being scanned by Anti-Virus and switch it off. This would
