Whhhhyyyyyy am I suddenly unable to access certain parts of the Delta.com website?? I had no problem with the website re my outbound flight and now I can't access any info on my return flight on their "flight details" page. They had to send me a screenshot of what they had on their screen because I cannot get it on my own screen. I am worried as I get closer to my departure date that I still will not be able to access my flight info and will not be able to check-in! They told me to change browsers! Help! 😳

Show the issue. We cannot help if we don't know what the issue is. I assume we cannot get to the page you're having issues with. Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search

Shouldn't this be in an email or in their app on your phone? https://www.delta.com/us/en/delta-digital/mobile I got my flight info in an email.

This is what we get every year when flying. see screenshot I would assume you can get something similar from their site.

This is the issue, "I can't access any info on my return flight on their 'flight details' page." If you want to access the info on your phone thats fine. But I was trying to access it on my laptop. I have had no problem with it in the past and now can't access that page. I cannot "get something similar" if I can't access the page.

I only have 2 add-ons. I took them off. Same problem. And I can access the page with MS Edge but not with Firefox. 😕

Do you need to see a blank page??? It has the web address at the top and nothing on the page.

I only have 2 which I turned off and it does not make a difference. I turned one back on because I do not need the other one. And now I have come across another page in a diferent website that comes up with only the address at the top and a blank page, only this page is black. The other blank page is white. Enhanced tracking is standard. That has never been a problem. And, come to think of it, it happens with another website, too. 😳
