What does that mean? Show us something so that we can better help you. Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search

Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox

Windows home or pro? What security software besides MS Defender are you running?

Thanks for your reply. I am not tech savvy whatsoever. I switched to Chrome and had no problem. Browser cache is set to clear when Firefox is closed. I have Windows home. If the ebay problem continues, I will send the question again.
