Why is Firefox Browse briefly opens new tab & flitters with Tag IDs, then immediately closes
Any Ideas what is going on? About July 21st, 2025 I started noticing with a couple of browser tabs open, a new tab opens autonomously and flitters in the new tab name area, what "looks like a TagID", then closes by itself. I define "looks like a TagID" as something that looks like a tag at end of article link in popular newsletters I see, and appears in the url bar of the linked article.
The occurrence of the new tab happens when I open the browser, within 1 minute and occurs randomly during the session, perhaps every 20 minutes.
My first suspect/assumption is I am always signed into Mozilla when I open Firefox 141.0 (64 bit), processing an update now, Aug 5 2025. I have subscriptions to VPN and Monitor and I have sync (passwords and bookmarks) with my mobile instance of Android Samsung Galaxy phone.
My Desktop is set up as Windows 11 pro with one employer InTune acount for Microsoft but I limit that work to Edge browser.

I have a 26 second 4.4MB 1080 clipchamp mp4 video file to show the issue but cannot attach for viewing occurrence. I can provide in email attachment but mp4 is not a supported file format for attachments to this ticket.
Let me clarify, a Tab Title Opens with the name flittering (looks like a tracking tag name) but no new tab or window opens, all the activity is in the tab title
Attached is a single frame snapshot. The flittering instance of the tab name lasts ~0.7 seconds and then closes the tab name, again no tab window is created.
From some threads in other communities, I am developing a hypothesis the Tab label opening with link data but not opening a browser windows is an AI app gleaner enabled on my computer using the TCP/UDP port and Firefox app is seeing this but no other application ports with information is available to Firefox act upon.
The random/autonomous opening of tab label with URI tag data has disappeared 8/25/2025 Firefox 142.0 (64 bit)
