TBird keeps asking permission to connect to a gmail account I no longer use and is supposed to be deleted by Google. I keep selecting Deny but it continues. I have a new gmail account I've been using for over a month and this just started. I deleted every reference I can find to the old account but all to no avail. Suggestions welcomed.
