Thunderbird has a "cloud" graphic to use to write a new message/email. It has disappeared off my Thunderbird page. There also is no link to my Account. This happened today--where are these things?

View/Layout/Folder Pane to show the accounts, and View/Folders/Folder Pane Header to show the cloud (download) icon and the New Message button.
