Recover iamp emails
Is there any way I can recover all my emails?!! I deleted many emails from my phone, not realizing it deleted the emails from my laptop. Are there third party programs that might help? Many tyhanks for any help / advice.

You might contact your email provider to see if they can do a restore for you.
Many thanks David. I am using Thunderbird (.....gmail.com) but I assume Thunderbird is not my email provider. I assume it is gmail? So to whom do I contact to see if there might be a solution.?
That would be gmail. Thunderbird is just your agent. I am not aware of any solution for this, except check gmail online to see if deleted messages are kept for a few days.
Did you “delete” the messages in the sense that they went to your trash folder or in the sense that you really deleted them from your trash folder?
Do you back up your data?
