I presume you mean you logged on to your webmail account via a browser and the 'Archives' folder does not have all the folders you expected OR did I get that wrong and the webmail account does have everything?

Do you mean Archive folder for 20023 and 2024 are missing? Please upload an image showing the list of folders in the webmail account.

You need to supply a more info to fully understand the issue.

What OS are you using? What version of Thunderbird are you using? Are you using a Pop or Imap account in Thunderbird?

what server are you talking abount eg: Gmail ?

In Thunderbird , do you see all the folders in the 'Archives' folder or are some missing ? It would be helpful to post/upload some images showing what you see in the Folder Pane.
