Loading AOL

I'm having trouble getting AOL, my homepage. When I log on to Firefox, I have an instant load to AOL. It doesn't load and I see files waiting to download in the lower left corner of the screen, but they don't. I have no problem with Microsoft Edge performance but haven't tried to access the homepage. Any suggestions?

Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf What version of Firefox? What OS?
