I am trying to delete an old email account that is no longer active or used. I have gone to settings and account actions. I can see delete account but it is not highlighted so I can do delete. What am I doing wrong? Colin

These steps usually work: - click 'account settings' - highlight the account to be removed - click the 'account actions' menu slightly below and select to remove account

Thanks for your help. I have tried what you suggest. My problem is the words delete account are not highlighted so I can't click on them. I don't know how to make the words "delete account" highlighted so I can click on them.

Check that it is not the default account.
