Thunderbird starts up white screen and then goes to crash report.
unable to use Thunderbird, try to open program and all I get is a white screen for 2-4 seconds, then a crash report pops up. Unable to get any further. Have uninstalled, cleared cache, reboot, then reinstall. Help appreciated. Win 10. Kevin

In the meantime, run Windows in safe mode and test TB performance. Still crashing in W10 safe mode, try TB safe mode (hold Shift when launching TB).
