how do you unblock email senders. I need to receive those emails from the sender.

I contacted a sender to find out why I wasn't receiving emails from him. He informed me that the problem has been caused at my end which I am unaware was not caused by me.

Thunderbird doesn't block senders, so my suggestion is to check with your email host. It may also help to get the sender to give you the exact error message.
