Printing emails
I have used Firefox for Windows for many years and have had no problems until recently. I have been unable to print my emails: when I click on the printer icon in the upper right corner of an email nothing happens. I was wondering if there was something in the settings that was causing this problem. Thank you!

Some sites launch a new window/new tab, and others add an overlay to the page, so if you can recall how your mail site works, that could be helpful.
To make sure your mail site is allowed to open popup windows, just before clicking the Print button, you can check its permission using the Page Info dialog:
- Press Ctrl+i
- Change to the Permissions panel
- Scroll down to Open pop-up windows
- Uncheck Use default and change to Allow
