This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but I might be able to help.

The product key is something that you should have if you have a genuine copy of Microsoft Windows. You will need to enter this to be to be able to keep using your copy of Windows. I strongly recommend that you contact the Microsoft support team for help with this.
