Hi

What happens when you try to access that service in Firefox? Is there any error message?

No error - or any kind of message... When I click on it, it shows a logo spinning for about 5 seconds, and then .... nothing happens...

Someone told me I will probably have to re-install dropbox

If this is in respect of a Dropbox app, I recommend that you contact the Dropbox support team.
