This message appears to be related to a (Chinese) Hikvision IP camera or a oem/rebadge version of it ?.

Since you appear to be using Windows perhaps you can use the portable Firefox 51.0 to have a separate install whether on hard drive or on a usb flash drive just for this camera use.
