Cannot see my emails

more options

I have been using Thunderbird for years and since a few days I cannot see any mails. See attachment (2). The whole right field (the message list) remains blank. I can see no sender and no text even though mails have been received and saved. At View=>Design it should be possible to check the Message list header for this but I can't put a check mark there. See attachment (1) for this.

Since this usually occurs in multiple numbers, you are one of these alone at the moment.

Try not using the Thunderbird app that you probably use on your desktop, but install and use it on another device of yours.

This will solve your problem.

It will be automatically looked into and a notification will be made.

Hello there

you can also delete the msf.files for optional use to resolve this. This concerns the inbox.msf file.

also repair folder tool for thunderbird would be a good solution for you.
