"Account being processed... Please wait..." NOTHING ever 'happens'!! NO EMAILS. Two pop accounts on win10.
Suddenly @approx 1:00 PM 12/11/23 ERROR msg: "... account being processed. Please wait..." Nothing happens. Unable to download messages. version 115.5.1 (32-bit)

Overnight, I 'thought' of the 'problem': I had deleted a number of subfolders with MANY messages. I suspected that the software was still 'processing' the 'empty trash'. So, I played around a bit this AM, deleted a couple messages, THEN did 'empty trash'. It emptied the trash... BUT, also 'let loose' the awaiting messages. hmmm... So, problem 'solved'... we guess ;-0

How many accounts? pop accounts?

NOT sure I understand the question; but, as far as I know there are at MOST 2 accounts (one 'dormant') NOT sure about 'pop' accounts question; but, believe they ARE ?Pop3? accounts

Do they share an Inbox? In other words, does the mail of both accounts appear in one folder?
