For some reason, I cannot access my email account. Previously, at various times it shows someone else is on my account. How can I prevent that also?

Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox. I recommend that you contact the support team for your email service provider and ask about seconfld factor authentication or "2FA" - this will help secure your email account.
