Can't access AT&T website with browser

When trying to log on to my account at AT&T I get a "timed out" message. I've spent many hours on the phone with ATT and they say it's a problem with the browser settings. But, I can access other secure accounts I have with other sites. Is there something in my browser settings that need changing for the ATT site? Also, if i use my phone without a wifi connected, I am able to log on at ATT.

When you use your phone for the ATT account, do you use Firefox on your phone? Can you try logging into your account on your Windows 10 machine via safe mode please? https://mzl.la/3vUhzHB
