addons account access still being blocked, who to contact?

I can log into my firefox account, but I am still blocked from logging into https://addons.mozilla.org/ who do I contact? Is this a ban? Is this an AWS geoblock?

What happens when you try to load the site? Do you get an error message?

from the addons site I try to login It goes to accounts site, then when it tries to link I get error JSON detail "Internal Server Error"

You could try removing cookies for that site. Load the site then call the Inspector (Web Developer Tools - in different places depending on which menu you use or ctl+shft+i). In the Inspector, select the tab labelled Storage then select Cookies in the left pane.
