I hung my cursor over my email icon and Thunderbird? came up so could you tell me how I contact them?
The error means the password is incorrect to that outside private email server. SMTP is a POP3/IMAP email from your ISP and you need to check your login to verify this.
The problem is I don't know how to do the above.
The BT Outage is causing the problem and is still running. When will it be sorted out?
