Newest download
The last time I downloaded your update, I think it was in May, 2022, you apparently downloaded the version for Windows 10. It would not work with my windows 7. By the time I got it fixed I had lost ALL my bookmarks, history, etc. Now you are offering the latest download, I believe it is July. I am afraid to download it for fear I might lose all my bookmarks again. Can I just ignore the download. I DO NOT want to go to Windows 10 or 11. I am 95 years old and I like to stick to what I know. What is the situation with you and Windows 7 at this time? Are you no longer offering it? Thanks for your help. You may e-mail me at [removed email from public] PS Even though I supposedly had backed up my bookmarks they would not download to the newest Firefox. I have had Firefox since Firefox 1.0 (October 2004). In fact I still have the original instruction manual and the disk. If you have any need for that for your library I would be happy to send it to you. (In case you couldn't figure it out, I am a string saver). Marjorie Rogers

Current Firefox releases should work fine with Windows 7.

If it didn't work for you then something else is wrong like security software interfering.
Can you give more detail about what was wrong ?

There are no versions of Firefox for Windows 10 or 11. The minimum system requirements is still Windows 7.
If your Windows 7 OS is up to date with Windows updates then you would not likely have this issue. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-version-100-on-windows-7
It's possible Mozilla may discontinue 32-bit Firefox for Windows before they drop Windows 7.
