When I try and drag downloaded files into the desktop version of Outlook it just pastes a link to the file instead of actually bringing over the file and attaching it. Is there a way to change this?

Thanks!

To fix it, make sure that the Outlook window is active, and press the ESC key several times. After that, you should be able to use the drag & drop feature again.

Thanks for the help. I just tried that and it's still only dragging over a link to the file rather than the file itself. Anything else I should try?
