Retrieving cleared cache

I have inadvertently cleared my cache in Firefox (ver. 101.6). Is there a way to get that cache back? Does firefox delete a file that is the cache?

I don't think there is a way to undo clearing the cache. Hopefully clearing the cache removes files in the cache, but just to be clear, the cache stores web content (pages, images, scripts, PDFs loaded directly into the built-in viewer). The cache doesn't store your downloads; if a download is missing, there probably is some other explanation for that.
