File download problem.
Can not download Nationwide bank statement using Firefox browser. No problem with Safari or Brave browsers.

What's happening when you try? Show us any messages you are getting when you try. Make sure to cover any personal info.
I click on the link of required statement, there is an initial responce then stops. No messages, no download. With other browsers a message window appears, detailing item to be downloaded, and to where, downloads folder, clicking on ok item downloads to indicated folder. Macos Monterey version 12.4. Firefox 101.0.1 64bit.
I assume if you right click on the link to download it works?
Just for S&Gs can you try a different version of Firefox? Maybe log into another account on the same computer and try another version. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
Did you already try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode

Right clicking did not work. Safe mode did, statement opened along with option to download. Thank you.

Do not know which add-on was responsible. Screenshot of all below. Am oap, not to technical! Main thing is that each month will be able to use Firefox, rather than an alternative browser, to download statements. Thanks again for your help. PS Tried uploading screenshot, message at bottom of screen states Uploading "Screenshot 2022-06-19 at 10.04.52.png. Nothing to indicate it has uploaded. My extensions are LastPass Free Password Manager. Bitdefender Traffic Light. uBlock Origin blocker. Video Downloader professional. Video DownloadHelper.
Yeah... Uploading has been an issue for awhile. Mark this issue resolved if all is well.
