I have no audio in youtube when using Firefox only. Audio works fine in other browsers.

I am tech-challenged and this has been going on for a while, but I now really need to use youtube, but do not want to use a browser other than Firefox.

Does your YT options have it muted on the Browser when playing the videos? And screen of the problem video and links so others can see what is showing for options.
