I went into a practice page to test. It looks like an MP3 is retrieved when I click a note, but I can't hear anything playing. I'm not sure what is going wrong. Have you contacted the site to see whether they are aware of the issue?

I contacted SightReadingFactory.com and they found that there is a problem and they will fix it, but no timeframe. I will be notified though.
