Attachments in sending an email

Hi there,

I am having an issue with attachments when sending an email.

I am able to attach a document perfectly to the email. However, if i try and view the attached document all i see are blank pages.

When i send the mail, the person receiving the mail can see the attachment perfectly. My issue is when i am proofreading my mail as i cant view the attachment as highlighted above.
