Can not open email from my ISP Home Page using FireFox

I use FireFox to open my ISP (WOW) Home Page(default) to go to my email. I click on my email and I get "please wait while we log you in. I'm still waiting. I called WOW Support and they said to use Google Chrome. I can get to my email with Google Chrome. I do not want to use Google Chrome. I deleted all my cookies and cache in FireFox and still can't get to my email. Is there an update to Firefox that will help? Thanks. Robert
