I rearranged some folders for the new year and now they are greyed out and in italics. It does not appear that the messages are still in them. I am working in Windows 10. I found a similar problem in the forum but the response was archived and a message said to re-post the problem. I have tried restarting in Troubleshoot mode as instructed, but the problem is still present. Only one folder appears to be affected. Thanks in advance for any help.
