Who can implement custom design for the Thunderbird client?

We’re a small company but aiming to find an email client with an ability to customise its’ look, based on our design expectations. We do have our corporate colors and styles, and would like them to be implemented within the email client.

We can come up with the UI design and would be great if someone will have an ability to implement it. Maybe there's a design team who can work with us etc.

- Can Thunderbird be design-customised? - Can someone advise a person/company who can implement this idea? - Can UX be customised? (we do not expect much here, but just in a case). - Can someone set up the final product for our employees?

The appearance of just about every element in TB can be customized with the use of userChrome.css. There are many examples online, including this forum, that only require the ability to copy and paste known scripts (here is a recent topic). Here is an 'Office 2003' css theme. Here is a topic on icons.

There are many examples online, including this forum, that only require the ability to copy and paste known scripts (here is a recent topic). Here is an 'Office 2003' css theme.
