Seems like if I have Norton VPN on when Anti Track loads Norton can't communicate with the app.

Provide the steps to replicate the issue so that we know what's happening before the error. Also, show us the error.

Whoops comment no longer relevant. Do not turn on VPN until Anti Track loads. No more problem with it afterward.
