Paid Antitrack
I paid Mozilla $114.35 for enhanced antitracking support but I still get Norton alerts saying I'm being tracked. Was I scammed or is the enhanced antitracking not working?

I'm not sure what service you paid for. That doesn't sound familiar. Did whoever sold that to you give you an add-on, or how was it added to your Firefox?
Not sure what or where you paid $114.35 for as the Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox is free and has no pay or subscription. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop
However it is possible like you may have subscribed to one of Mozilla's premium products that you have not named.
I may be the dumbest Mozilla user ever, it was not anti tracking, it was something called Mozilla Monitor Plus. I actually have no idea what it does or how to install it but it seemed like a good idea at the time. Does anyone know what it does?
Ah right there is also the Mozilla Monitor Plus that has subscription. https://monitor.mozilla.org

How much does Mozilla Monitor and Monitor Plus cost? Mozilla Monitor is a free service provided by Mozilla as part of its security products portfolio, along with the subscription products Mozilla VPN and Relay. You can also opt for a more robust protection by selecting the premium feature Monitor Plus that provides automatic removal of exposures keeping you safe from data breaches and data brokers, and a monthly protection scan to keep you continuously safe. You can get Monitor Plus for $13.99 with our Monthly plan or $8.99 per month with our yearly plan.
