Firefox sysnc has not brought password over from old laptop which I don't have access to

My laptop was on windows 8.1 and I hae synced passwords, bookmarks and extensions.

I have now upgraded to windows 10 and when I signedin into firefox only the booksmarks have come across but not the passwords and extensions. I can see in my profile that the old profile is connected but it has not brought over the passwords. Please hlep.
