I already cleared data, and cache data bt browsers downloading speed is very very slow. And websites loads slower than other browsers like chrome, duck duck go, opera browser.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
