I am just getting this new computer with Windows 10 up and running. I am buiilding my bookmarks menu but I can only get to it by clicking the 3 bars icon and going to manage bookmarks. How can I get the bookmarks toolbar to show up on the left side of my browser page?

The Bookmarks Toolbar is a row just under the toolbar that holds the address box and add-on icons.

What you were talking about is the Side Bar. <Control> B
