Older versions of Firefox are always available, but not recommended: Install an older version of Firefox.

Why do you want to run Firefox 90.0.2 instead of Firefox 91?

Because my Bookmarks are again double spaced and the about:config doesn't work to resolve that problem. TY for your quick response.

Unfortunately, Firefox 91 does not have a built-in method to modify menu spacing, but the community has developed an unofficial workaround. Details in this post:
