How do I access my bookmarks?

Now that I've "refreshed" my FireFox browser (and created an account for the first time, for my WORK FireFox browser, so it's not the only one I use), where are my bookmarks? You claimed that they are still available, but I don't see them. I don't like not being able to access them, and not via a bookmark bar down the side, which I prefer. I'm frustrated.

Are you saying they are gone? What about the rest of your profile? Settings, bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
