Completely locked out

Hello,

It's a long story as to how/why, but I have very unfortunately been locked out of my Bitwarden vault where I kept everything (passwords obviously, but all 2FA and backup recovery codes too - a silly thing to do in hindsight), and needless to say I'm having a nightmare.

I still have access to both primary and secondary emails attached to my locked Firefox account, but that's all. Is there anything that could be done to save me from creating a new account and forfeiting all my synced data?

I came across this support article, but it doesn't mention a case where one still has access to the account email addresses, so that gives me hope that it's possible, but I need some help, please.

Without recovery codes and access to an app that generates the TOTP code, your only option is to create a new account with a different email address. 2FA is a strong security feature and there is no bypass possible like there is with a password reset.

Okay thank you. I thought this was the case, and is it also impossible to request my previous account be deleted so I can reuse that email address? I can receive emails at both addresses so I can prove their mine right?
