I just upgraded to Windows 10 today and when I entered a website address, all I get a blank website. Also: sometimes when I opened Firefox my bookmarks which I installed from my Windows 8 failed to show up. The section where it says to "Sign In", nothing happened when I click on it. It won't display the e-mail address where I synced my bookmarks before I switched computers.

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

You may not need the latter (32-bit version) if you use 64-bit Firefox. You may have to reboot the computer.
