I am unable to open certain links. I get error messages that read 'We can’t connect to the server at urldefense.proofpoint.com.'

Using other browsers, these links work. Please help.

If I access https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/ then I get this page, so apparently there is some kind of protection being used.

Does it work if you copy/paste the full URL in the Firefox location bar in case Firefox doesn't get the right URL if you open via email ?
