Well, the website is functional; as shown in the pic.

So i think its something on your end.

First try getting into outlook from a round about way, via a google search. Sometimes this helps to reset the cookies.

Secondly, try restarting FF in safemode and retry site.

Go to FF Menu > Help >Troubleshooting

Hi talltalestogo, what happens when you try to open Outlook? For example, is there an error message, blank page, loops around between login and mailbox, something else?

If you are using an old address, try a recent one from your history that was successful, and see whether that makes any difference. From my history, for example:

https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/inbox

Note: if you restrict cookies, that can be a problem for Outlook sites. I needed to add an exception to open messages in a new window, for example.

All I receive is a loop of the Outlook envelope open. A Big "O" and a envelope with a checked blue piece of paper sticking out, and underneath this a thin, blue circle rotating and rotating and rotating.

I have been able to open my hotmail account in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome without any problem. Only in Firefox and only after the recent upgrade.
