Are you using a VPN when sending? If yes, suggest you switch it off and test sending.

What are your smtp settings? mail.iinet.net.au on 465, SSL/TLS, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address What errors are shown when you send, and what is the antivirus?

I use Malwarebytes and have been using it for years.

This is a new problem When I use 587 port / STARTTLS, I get Alert Problem , with the other problem with the other setting

Just changed to your settings as per email and I have attached problem that comes up now.

The short of it is suggesting iinet/westnet have not got a proper handle on IPV6 particularly in relation to email. So I suggest modifying your network adapter settings in Windows to only use IPV4 and see if that helps. If it does further exploration will probably be worthwhile. If it does not turn it back on.
