I used to be able to search just one folder, but that search bar has disappeared and I have to search everything. How do I get that more restricted search bar back?

The Quick Filter Bar is enabled under View/Toolbars from the Menu Bar, or Customize... from the 3-bar menu icon. A single account or folder can also be searched from Classic Search (Ctrl+Shift+F).
